Major Manjit Rajain was commissioned in the 11 Armoured Regiment of the Indian Army in 1984. During his 7 years of service, he was actively engaged in operations in Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. After his service in the Army, he joined the Police force and rose to the level of Assistant Commissioner of Police, stationed in Jammu & Kashmir.
Using his knowledge-based security experience; Major Rajain forayed into entrepreneurship and incorporated Peregrine Guarding in 1995, which has been independently rated by KPMG, EY, Deloitte and Grant Thornton as amongst the top 3 security service providers in India. At the helm of the Group having three distinct yet integrated verticals – Tenon FM, Peregrine, and Soteria he now oversees the continuous and planned growth of the company in terms of business, market and portfolio through new acquisition and business ventures. Over the last 26 years, his refined leadership, business insight and operational expertise have strengthened the growth trajectory of the group and expanded the company into new markets.
Angad Rajain is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Tenon Group. With an impressive corporate experience of more than a decade, impeccable leadership and strong strategy orientation, Angad is responsible for overall strategy planning & execution in the organization including Peregrine Guarding, Tenon FM and Soteria.
Angad has demonstrated expertise in core functional areas such as operational excellence, technology led innovation, financial decision-making, mergers & acquisitions and capital funding. He is the point person for aligning the company’s strategic initiatives in line with its long-run goals and vision. Mainstreaming sustainability through technological advancements and creating stakeholder value through tactical growth and operations are his key focus areas.
Angad started his career at one of the world’s leading financial organization, BlackRock, as an Associate in 2009, after graduating from New York University with Bachelors in Finance & Accounting (Honours). During his stint at BlackRock, he handled the portfolio of prestigious clients like Boeing, FedEx, NYC Retirement System, advising them on financial investments during the Global Financial Crisis of 2008.
After his successful stint at BlackRock, Angad went to pursue Masters in Business Administration in 2014 from the Yale School of Management.
A lateral thinker with a strategic approach, Angad joined Tenon Group in 2014 and has served the Group in many important capacities, developing a rich set of experiences. In his previous role as Global Head of Integrated Facility Management (IFM), he single-handedly led the Facility Management vertical of Tenon Group, Tenon FM (India & UK) which has been ranked as 7th largest Indian employer in UK by CII & Grant Thornton for two consecutive years.
Prior to this, Angad was assigned the role of Managing Director of Tenon FM in 2016. During this tenure, he had been instrumental in transforming Tenon FM as an industry leader. Given his outreach, expertise and vision, Tenon FM is today one of India’s leading, tech-enabled facility management services providers.
Angad has received numerous awards and accolades owing to his able leadership and expertise in the integrated security and facility maintenance domain. In 2020, he was conferred with Young Security Entrepreneur of the Year by the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) at its 15th Security Leadership Summit. In 2021, he has been awarded Realty + 40 Under 40 Award in recognition of the significant contribution he has made towards the development of the real-estate sector in India as a young leader in facility management. Angad has recently been felicitated with BW Young Entrepreneur Award presented by BW Disrupt in association with BW Businessworld.
As the Global CEO of Tenon Group, Brigadier Rajan Oberoi is responsible for all aspects of the various business verticals along with Tenon Group’s long-range development plans. It’s under his stewardship that Tenon FM, Peregrine, and Soteria are registering quick and commendable growth. His business acumen and a sound understanding of the market led to the glorious achievement of Tenon FM when it was rated “Financially Strong” in the recent report of “Facilities Management Outsourcing market research & Analysis UK 2019” by MTW Research.
He is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in the security-related domain. Before joining Tenon Group, he has had an erstwhile career in the Indian Army. During his tenure with the Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter-terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”.
He is a member of national business forums such as FICCI, CAPSI and ASIS. His interface with these industry forums have been on an active level and is often invited by them to speak on issues related to the security industry in terms of insights, trends, and sector outlook.
Having joined Peregrine in the year 2008, Ankur is a young and dynamic leader whose agile leadership and invaluable industry experience have benefitted the company in innumerable ways. Currently, in his role as the Sr. Vice President – Business Development of Tenon FM India & Peregrine India , he spearheads the team of PAN-India, inculcating in each team member the aggressive growth factor. His responsibility is to ascertain the right and sustainable growth for the organisation which has maintained a consistent Y-o-Y growth rate of 30 percent for the past 15 years.
An MBA graduate, Ankur brings to the Group the invaluable experience of over 15 years in the facility management and security industry. His expertise in Excellence in Operations Store (ESOs) has helped the organisation secure some of the finest business deals in its history. He has to have his credit for playing an important role in onboarding the industry giants at Peregrine from diverse sectors such as IT/ITes, Banking & Finance, Retail, Real Estate, and Logistics. Being an indispensable part of the company, his essential focus always remains on looking out for new business growth avenues and explore opportunities for global expansion.
Before taking up a leadership role at Tenon Group, he had worked with Sodexo Facility Management India for five years accelerating its sales growth with result-oriented business and sales strategies.
A diligent and result-oriented finance leader, Sandeep Gupta serves Tenon Group as the Group CFO (Chief Financial Officer). Besides being an experienced Chartered Accountant, he is also a Certified Treasury Manager having worked with various reputed companies such as Hydro Power Corporation Ltd., Acme Cleantech Solutions Limited, Omax Autos Ltd, and Transport Corporation of India Ltd.
To Tenon, he brings expertise in Strategic Planning & Execution, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash Flow Optimization, Risk Management & Controls, and Compliance Management and other important aspects of Financial Planning and Management and proven track record of an accomplished CFO along with hands-on experience of a seasoned operations executive.

Amrita Pandey is a people-oriented HR leader committed to driving organisational and talent strategies at Tenon Group. Her demonstrated experience in implementing innovative HR initiatives helps the company institutionalise a strong performance-driven culture.
A seasoned HR professional with 15+ years of experience, she has worked across all HR facets such as Organization Development, Change Management, Talent Engagement, Performance Management, Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits including Benchmarking) Talent Acquisition, SAP HR & Automation, HR Governance Management, JV Integrations, Audits & Compliances & HR Shared Services.
In her current role as the Group Head-HR for the Tenon Group comprising of Tenon FM, Peregrine Security, and Soteria; Amrita’s primary responsibilities include building high-performing teams, talent acquisition, and retention, continuously working on improving employee engagement and productivity to support company goals and objectives. She is leading the Executive HR Team of 25+ professionals across PAN-India. Amrita brings to Tenon her passion for enabling people to thrive and perform to their true potential.

Siddharth Dahiya is the Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding and has been associated with the organization since 1999. Possessing the commendable experience of more than 25 years, predominantly in the security industry, he joined Peregrine as the Assistant Manager when the employee strength was only 200. Today, he heads the business for 20 states which is approximately 55% of the total revenue with the client base of approximately 1500 clients. His contribution to positioning Peregrine among the top and fastest-growing security companies in India remains invaluable for the organization.
As a leader, he is managing and operating the largest region of Peregrine, both North, East, and Central divisions. Over the years, he has grown with and in the company, while maximizing the outreach of Peregrine in all the sectors starting from IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Pharma, Education, Infra, E-commerce, Banking and Telecom.

He has been responsible for a focused and planned growth road map for Peregrine through his systematic deliverance and methodical productiveness.
An Ex-army Officer with an exemplary business acumen, Capt. Praveen Kumar Roy (retd.) is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tenon Facility Management India Pvt. Ltd, one of the fastest-growing FM companies worldwide. His commendable expertise in numbers, unmatched knowledge and vital experience in operations, customer satisfaction, compliance, and business development make him a complete and solid professional. He has over 20 years of experience ranging from Army to Banking to Secured Logistics and Facility Management.
Having served in the Army for a significant period of time, Capt. Praveen started his civil career with ICICI Bank, the leading private bank of the country in Retail Operations Group where he handled the Currency Chests, Central Mailing Room and the Regional Processing center, completing the triad of banking operations.
It was in the year 2011 that the right mix of security and banking brought him at G4S Cash Management Solutions as its Head of Operations. Later in 2014, he moved laterally to the Facility Business of the group again as Head of Operations for the company. He restructured the organization making it leaner and meaner bringing in profitability and huge savings in SG&A.
Maj. Surinder Singh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tenon FM India, overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions in Eastern, Northern, and Western India. Encompassing 22 states from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi, Gujarat to Bombay, Pune, Maharashtra & to the far-east from West Bengal to the seven sisters, he is accountable for ensuring operational excellence across diverse functions.
Maj. Surinder started his career at Tenon Group in 2014 as Zonal Head in Peregrine Guarding and soon was promoted to COO of Peregrine. Prior to Tenon, he has worked with organisations such as Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices, Orion Security Solutions & Eagle Hunters solutions.
Maj. Surinder graduated from The National Defence Academy in the year 1991, and went on to serve the Indian armed forces for 14 long years. He started his career in the civil stream in the year 2006 where he developed his commendable expertise in transitions, ground operations, team management, excellent customer relations, and business acumen gives him a cutting edge over the others.
Pierce Ang is the CEO of Peregrine, Singapore who has brought with him 20 years of management experience, helming senior leadership position for more than 12 years with an essential focus on driving business growth, transformation, and innovation.
His focus is to build Peregrine Singapore’s branding, infuse strong corporate culture, strengthen the people and team, and develop new key accounts and segments. He is also focused on developing and driving outcome-based contracts, which is what the security industry in Singapore is leaning heavily towards. It entails leveraging the combination of man-technology of processes to focus on effective outcomes.
During his previous stints with Frost and Sullivan, Pico Guards and Certis Cisco, he has consistently turned around low or negative growth (after 1 year) gradually to double-digit growth when handed difficult and dented portfolio with high erosions from the onset.
Shashank Mesvani is the Head of Business, Commercial and Technology Department at Peregrine Security, Singapore. Experienced Business Head with a demonstrated history of working in the security and investigations industry, he joined Peregrine Security, a Tenon Group Company, in 2014, and since the time, he has been working closely with the CEO having a sharp focus on business growth and management of key accounts. He attends site walkabouts with the clients to better understand client and site requirements before providing customised security solutions.
Shashank spearheads Peregrine Security’s technological aspect of the business with his expertise in areas such as Fire Alarm, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and Software Documentation. He is responsible for optimizing security operations using technology and innovation on behalf of the wide clientele base of the organization for cost and efficiency optimization.
Shashank graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Engineering & Information Technology., University of Mumbai. He earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Roehampton, London.
Ghazali cut his professional teeth into the private security industry in 1994 after serving 17 years in Singapore Police Force. At Peregrine, he heads the Operations Department on PAN-Singapore basis. Through sheer determination and ability to adapt to a new environment and ability to reinvent himself, he secured a leading position in Peregrine Singapore as also the face of the company for the customers.
He is instrumental in structuring the operations department and control room operations. The integration is critical to ensure optimum, accurate deployment that was integrated into the finance department. The end to end process was undertaken by Ghazali to prepare a workforce which was earlier alien to computers and seamless process.
He has attended the Security Management Course and Corporate Security Management Courses sponsored by an employer. The courses were accredited jointly by Edith Cowan University and British Council in Singapore. With newly found knowledge and confidence, he was entrusted by Peregrine’s Management with a wider scope of responsibility for business expansion. The sessions with potential clients and backend discussion for a business solution had benefitted him to be a well-rounded leader.
Sandeep K. Pathania is serving in the role of Finance Head at Peregrine Security Singapore, a Tenon Group Company. He is specialized in strategy formulation and financial evaluation of strategy, performance reporting and performance management, business planning, and dynamic resource allocations.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance, he brings to Tenon Group rich experience in Finance, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash flow & Margin Optimization.
He started his career with Tenon Group (Peregrine) in 2010 as a Manager in one of the branches in India. Today, he is leading the Finance team in Singapore. His leadership abilities & driving all the departments towards a common goal make him one of the finest assets of the Group.
Gareth joined Tenon fm in May 2018 as Business Development Director and was appointed Managing Director of the UK business in April 2019. Gareth has over 25 years’ experience in the FM Sector in various positions from UK Sales and Operations to Global Development positions and has worked for MITIE, The Compass Group and British Telecom’s Facilities Services. Gareth is a result driven leader with a record of delivering significant operations and business growth.
Gareth is experienced in building high-performance teams to maximise company profitability and efficiency whilst maintaining stakeholder and customer satisfaction. Possessing excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across B&I, Public, Private and Education Sectors.
Madeline joined Tenon FM in December 2017 as part of the new UK management team. She has worked in HR for over 18 years, including 6 years with the UK’s leading bed specialist retailer, Dreams, where she was Head of HR, and over 10 years in the waste management industry with Veolia Environmental Services, Ireland.
Madeline has a deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR, which is evident from her strong generalist background. She is a pragmatic and empathetic HR and business leader with the ability to set the strategic HR agenda, successfully manage change programs and lead high performing teams.

Anuj Rajain is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Soteria, one of India’s leading remote surveillance solution providers. The young, dynamic Yale alumnus is responsible for the creation and implementation of the organisation’s overall growth strategy.

One of his projects in this area includes Soteria’s association with the only licensed drone academy in India where youths are trained free of cost. Siddharth Jha is currently leading the business and lead Solution Architect for Soteria. He is the member of the core inception team for Soteria and has been with the organisation since 2014.
