He is a Paul Harris Fellow and served Rotary International as an Assistant Governor thrice. In 2016, he was nominated as a Global Advisor to the Yale School of Management.

Angad Rajain is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) & IFM Head at Tenon Group. With an impressive corporate experience of more than a decade, impeccable leadership, and strong strategy orientation, he is responsible for overall strategy planning & execution in the organisation including Peregrine Guarding, Tenon FM, and Soteria.
Angad joined Tenon in 2014 and has served the Group in many important capacities, developing a rich set of experiences. In his previous role as Managing Director of Tenon FM, he single-handedly led the IFM business in India & UK. Under his leadership, Tenon FM has been ranked as one of the largest Indian employers in the UK by CII & Grant Thornton for three consecutive years.

Brig. Rajan Oberoi serves as the Global Vice Chairman at Tenon Group and oversees all aspects of the various business verticals along with Tenon Group’s long-range development plans. He provides strategic guidance and assists Global Chairman in critical decision-making in regards to business growth and expansion.
Prior to joining Peregrine Guarding, he had a successful career in the Indian Army spanning across 34 years. In the Indian Army, Brig. Oberoi raised the first combat elements of the National Security Guards – The “Black Cats”, and subsequently went on to head this elite counter-terrorist outfit as their “Force Commander”.

Siddharth Dahiya is the CEO of Peregrine Guarding and has been associated with the organisation since 1999.
Possessing the commendable experience of more than 27 years, predominantly in the security industry, he joined Peregrine as the Assistant Manager when the employee strength was only 200. Today, he heads the business for 20 states which is approximately 55% of the total revenue with the client base of approximately 1500 clients. Brig Tarundeep Kumar, VSM (Retd.) after a distinguished career of 34 years in the Indian Army joined the Corporate Security industry in 2018. Commissioned in the Armoured Corps in 1983, the Officer served in prestigious appointments, including two tenures in the United Nations in Africa and the Middle East. Having over a decade of experience in counterterrorist operations, the officer excelled in varied staff, instructional, and command appointments. Brig. Tarundeep was awarded the VSM, Commendations Cards and received a Unit Citation from the Army Chief in Jan 2004. In the academic arena, the officer has a Master’s Degree in Strategic Defence studies, and a senior management diploma both from the Army and MDI Gurgaon. Having a literary penchant, he has participated in numerous seminars and has authored research papers both in the Defence and Corporate circles.
To make a wider contribution to the industry, the Officer joined the Tenon group as Associate Director in Mid-22 and steadily carved a niche for himself. Rakesh Tripathie is the Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding - South, a leading security services provider with whom he has been associated for more than 16 years. A dedicated professional with 32+ years, Rakesh believes in developing the customer relationship in a structured manner and operates with a focus on customer solutions through a defined management information system. Arup Kumar joined Tenon Facility Management India, a Tenon Group Company in 2022. He possesses a rich professional experience of 24 years wherein he worked across number of profiles in the field of Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management & Operations. Arup currently heads Business Development team for Tenon FM as Associate Director, taking care for South India region along with a few key segments across PAN India locations.

Maj. Surinder Singh is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tenon FM India, overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions in Eastern, Northern, and Western India. Encompassing 22 states from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi, Gujarat to Bombay, Pune, Maharashtra, and to the far-east from West Bengal to the seven sisters, he is accountable for ensuring operational excellence across diverse functions.
Maj. Surinder started his career at Tenon Group in 2014 as Zonal Head in Peregrine Guarding and soon was promoted to COO of Peregrine. Maj. Surinder graduated from The National Defence Academy in the year 1991 and went on to serve the Indian armed forces for 14 long years. He started his career in the civil stream in the year 2006 where he developed his commendable expertise in transitions, ground operations, team management, excellent customer relations, and business acumen gives him a cutting edge over the others.

Sandeep K. Pathania is serving in the role of Finance Head at Peregrine Security Singapore, a Tenon Group Company. He is specialised in strategy formulation and financial evaluation of strategy, performance reporting and performance management, business planning, and dynamic resource allocations.

Shashank Mesvani is the Head of Business, Commercial and Technology Department at Peregrine Security, Singapore. Experienced Business Head with a demonstrated history of working in the security and investigations industry, he joined Peregrine Security, a Tenon Group Company, in 2014, and since the time, he has been working closely with the CEO having a sharp focus on business growth and management of key accounts. He attends site walkabouts with the clients to better understand client and site requirements before providing customised security solutions.
