  2. Control and Shrink Client loss from Total Existing Business
  3. Meet all critical clients as per operation meeting tracker
  4. Ensure audit points/QAC of all the critical clients are closed/addressed.
  5. Ensure all the agreements/documents duly vetted by commercial department is signed from the client before commencement of the contract.
  6. Reduce attrition in your region.
