Job Description:

  1. Client Retention, Relationship Management and Business Growth

  2. Single Point of contact to ensure implementation & deployments are as per the contracts.

  3. Liaise with regional ops teams for smooth deployment.

  4. Ensure achievement of all SLA s at the client site as specified in the contract

  5. Track client wise escalations and ensure its closure within acceptable timeline.

  6. Ensure Renewal of the present contract / retention.

  7. Effectively maintain and strengthen Relationships with Clients and ensure Lateral & Organic Business Growth.

  8. Develop a customer feedback program for all the key clients for your business and Conduct client satisfaction surveys (every six months) for all the key clients.

Compliance Adherence

  1. Inform the client in time for minimum wage revision and ensure implementation of the same at client site.

  2. Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance i.e. PF, ESI, LWF etc. deducted in time and deposited in time.

  3. Keep track of all clients’ audits and ensure closure of all audit points in time.

Collections

  1. Implement a robust payment collection process for your business line and ensure all the payments are collected month on month.

  2. Manage ageing Debtors schedule to recover dues.

  3. Ensure correct and timely Billing / invoicing to the client.
