Smt Pritam Rani Siwach, the former coach of the Indian women’s Hockey team was recognized by Tenon Group on the occasion of International Women’s Day
Tenon Group, Global leaders in Security and Integrated Facility Management felicitated and recognized the coach of the Indian women’s Hockey team, Smt. Pritam Rani Siwach on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
On the special day, Smt. Pritam Rani Siwach joined as a special guest speaker for the event where she interacted with Tenon Group’s women staff. During the interaction, she encouraged them to #BreakTheBias and spoke about the personal experiences which she faced when she became a mother and shared how she broke the conventional societal norms.

Sharing her personal and professional experiences, Smt. Pritam Rani Siwach said, “When I first took an interest in hockey, I wasn’t selected by the coach due. However, I persevered and made my journey with hockey. It is because of my then coach that I had such a steep development and passion for the game. Everything I own, I owe to my coach and to my family who constantly supported me and helped me grow during my career. It is amazing to see such a change in scenario where women are sitting and talking openly in an office or that someone like me, a female hockey coach could be sitting where I am today. We have definitely come a long way. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it.”
