Additionally, it should be noted that these applications may access and capture user location data in the background or even when the application is not actively in use. This location data is strictly utilized for specific purposes, including but not limited to, displaying user locations to their respective managers and accurately tracking distance traveled during working hours for conveyance reimbursement purposes.

It is critical to emphasize that location data is only captured between Punch-In and Punch-Out times. We kindly urge all users to Punch-Out when not actively engaged in work-related activities to prevent ongoing capture of location data.

Failure to comply with this obligation will be deemed a serious breach of terms and may result in the termination of services, without prejudice to any damages to which the user may otherwise be entitled.
