Three decades Of Moving Forward

From our beginnings in 1995 to our growth across four countries, each milestone has shaped the way we work today and strengthened what we can deliver for our clients.

  1. 1995: Founded in Delhi with a single guarding contract

    Peregrine begins with one office block, a handful of guards and a rule that still holds: no site is taken on unless it can be staffed properly from day one.

  2. 2003: National footprint across India

    Operations extend to Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune, with regional training centres opened so recruitment and certification stay in-house at scale.

  3. 2010: Tenon FM launches integrated facility management

    Clients asking for guarding start asking who maintains the building too. Facility management becomes a second discipline rather than a subcontracted add-on.

  4. 2014: Entry into the United Kingdom

    Tenon FM UK opens with SIA-approved contractor status, bringing the group standard into a market with very different compliance expectations.

  5. 2017: Peregrine Singapore established

    A licensed Singapore entity serves commercial and government estates, giving multinational clients one group partner across South and Southeast Asia.

  6. 2020: Frontline through the pandemic

    Teams stay deployed across hospitals, plants and warehouses through lockdowns, running sanitisation and access control where operations could not stop.

    A dedicated technology company builds the video analytics and command-centre platform now watching thousands of sites - prevention rather than reaction.
