IT Parks & Data Centres

Uptime obligations evidenced hourly

In a managed hall, a facilities failure is a client SLA breach within minutes and a contractual penalty by the end of the day. The security and FM layer has to be legible enough to prove what happened, and disciplined enough that it usually does not.

Sector context

What the risk register actually says

IT parks and data centres operate around risks that are specific to access, infrastructure, contractors and people. Our security and facility model is built around the evidence each environment needs.

  1. Audit trails that survive a client audit

Every entry to a hall, cage or riser reconciles a work order and a named escort. Access events are logged so a client’s auditor reads a record rather than interviewing a guard.

  2. HVAC power and the minutes that matter

Chillers, CRAC units, UPS and DG sets are monitored continuously, with alarm thresholds set below the point at which a hall would breach.

  3. Third-party work inside live halls

Vendor crews are inducted, escorted and time-bound. Work in a live hall closes with a joint sign-off, so nothing is left energised or open at handover.

  4. Vetting for staff with physical access

Officers and engineers with hall access are police-verified, PSARA-licensed and re-screened on rotation, with the trail available per person.

The combination we deploy

Three capabilities sequenced for an IT park or data centre

A resilient IT estate depends on security, engineering and monitoring working together. We deploy these three capabilities in sequence to protect critical infrastructure, maintain uptime and keep every operation accountable.

  1. 01 Security and access management

Vetted security officers, controlled access and visitor management to protect critical areas, server halls and restricted zones.

  2. 02 Infrastructure monitoring and response

Continuous monitoring of alarms, cameras and critical systems, with verified escalation and rapid response when something needs attention.

  3. 03 Facility and engineering uptime

HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS and preventive maintenance managed around operational requirements to keep infrastructure running without disruption.

IT Parks & Data Centres

From fragmented operations to one accountable partner

Security, engineering and facility services were managed through separate teams, creating gaps in coordination and limited visibility across critical infrastructure. We consolidated security, surveillance and facility management into one operating model - improving accountability, uptime and audit readiness.
